Zehan is a highly customer focused professional and comes with a wealth of knowledge on healthcare services and products.
She made a move into the private healthcare industry twenty years ago after having had first hand experience as a medical tourist when she took her own daughter to Australia looking for a specialised treatment when Malaysia was unable to provide.
She has managed international patients arriving to receive various treatment at several top private medical centres namely Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur (CVSKL), Prince Court Medical Centre (PCMC) and KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital.
During her time at PCMC she managed all aspect of Medical Tourism including participating and representing the company at several health and wellness roadshows, seminars and Expos in countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar. With her friendly, resourceful and professional expertise, she has helped and captured the hearts of many international patients and landed PCMC to be voted as World’s Top Hospital for Medical Tourist in 2013 & 2014.
In 2017 she was being head hunted to be the Head of Patient Liaison & Customer Service for the Cardiac Vascular Sentral Kuala Lumpur (CVSKL) – one of Malaysia’s first private cardiac and vascular hospitals in the region. She was part of the pre-opening team where she set up the Customer Service Department and has gained recognition from both doctors and patients for her customer centric approach.
With the vast experience she acquired she is able to provide the best to medical travellers who are looking for treatment in Malaysia.
