I first met Sister Kay McNaught at my first consultation for Fat Graft to Face at PCMC 2012. Subsequently Sister Kay was my contact for Liposuction 2013, Breast Revision 2014 and Face Lift 2016.

I was first referred to Sister Kay through a friend who was living in Kuala Lumpur. Initial contact was via email where I found Sister Kay, who speaks beautiful English, to be very professional in guiding me through the process for the above procedures and recommending the Surgeon who would best be suited to my needs and also the appropriate Hospitals PCMC AND I-HEAL.

Sister Kay was very knowledgable with all of the above procedures and I felt very comfortable corresponding with her and the organisation of my stay in Kuala Lumpur.

On my first visit to Kuala Lumpur, Sister Kay met me at the entrance of PCMC and I immediately felt at ease with this sophisticated, glamorous, intelligent woman who gave me a tour around the hospital and then for my consultation with Dr Yap. Dr Yap was just as wonderful, he made me feel at ease with his gentle manner and professionalism.
I knew I had made a good decision to have this procedure here and with these people I felt I was in the most professional and caring Hospital.

On admission to PCMC Sister Kay once again handled the admission procedure, the discharge procedure and everything possible in between. Sister Kay was there for me the whole time I was at PCMC, she was beside me when I came out of surgery and visiting several times during the day/night, catering to all my needs. I could not have wished for better care and would certainly not have received this level of care in my own country.

Prior to my first introduction to Sister Kay and Dr Yap I was very apprehensive in seeking surgery advice in a foreign Asian country but at no time have I ever felt that it was anything but first class and extremely professional.

I have also referred several friends to contact Sister Kay McNaught re various surgeries.
They are also very happy they have met Sister Kay and had the same wonderful experience with her that I have and continue to experience with her excellent continuing friendship and advice on the telephone, email, facebook and skype.
